Welcome to Techpase Profit Solutions (“Techpase,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services Covered
Techpase provides cloud-based IT consulting services including (but not limited to):

Zoho application setup, training, and automation

Google Workspace setup and migration

WhatsApp Business API integrations

Workflow automation via Zapier and custom APIs
-
Cloud telephony integrations (MyOperator, etc.)
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree to:

Provide accurate and updated information.

Use the services only for lawful purposes.

Not use our services to send spam, malware, or engage in illegal activity.
4. Pricing & Payment

All pricing will be communicated via formal proposals or estimates.

60% advance is collected before project initiation unless specified otherwise.

Remaining amounts are payable based on mutually agreed timelines.

Subscription costs (e.g., Zoho, WATI) are billed separately and are non-refundable.

Any government-imposed taxes are applicable as per Indian law.
5. Service Timelines
Timelines for implementation, training, and support are shared in the project plan. Delays from the client’s side (content delay, access issues, etc.) may affect delivery timelines.
6. Data Privacy & Confidentiality
We do not access, store, or use your customer data unless explicitly required for setup or support. All data shared with us will be treated confidentially.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property including documentation, templates, custom functions, and branding elements developed by Techpase remain our property unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
Techpase is not liable for:

Third-party software errors or downtimes (Zoho, Google, WATI, etc.)

Loss of data due to improper backup by the client

Delays caused by force majeure or client-side unavailability
9. Termination
Either party may terminate service with a written notice. Refunds, if any, will be handled as per our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be governed by the laws of Kerala, India, and subject to jurisdiction of courts in Ernakulam District.
